The brief was to create a brand for a professional social networking platform, aimed at connecting users with businesses. Drawing inspiration from platforms like Facebook groups, our vision included features such as wall posts, messaging, video calls, psychometric tests, candidate tasks, and professional profiles. Users could engage through actions like sharing, commenting, liking, and connecting, building a personalised network for professionals in their domain. The platform was designed to enable companies to discover users and showcase their best attributes. Additionally, users could undertake comprehensive tests that could be shared across multiple companies, streamlining the application process. To refine our concept, we conducted thorough market research, organised focus groups, and rigorously tested our assumptions.
The audience were professionals, post graduates, and groups with niche expertise. To share knowledge and exchange ideas with colleagues, industry experts and friends, to build stronger relationships. For users to showcase their experience, demonstrate their skills and find like-minded people.
The result was multiple presentations, decks, a website, brand positioning, and Brand ID for the target audience.
